Common mistakes that break workflows

Too many actions too fast. People build workflows with 8 steps firing within minutes of each other. The lead gets bombarded. Three texts, two emails, and a task assignment all within 10 minutes. The fix is usually consolidating them into one workflow or adding conditions so only one fires based on context.

When to use Workflow AI versus building manually

Workflow AI is great for scaffolding. I use it when I know what I want but don't feel like dragging 12 nodes onto the canvas and connecting them all manually. Describe it in plain English, let AI build the skeleton, then adjust.

But when a lead replies with a complex question or a specific objection, that's when a human needs to step in.
